What time is check-in and check-out at Khalidia Palace Hotel Dubai?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability.
What is the minimum age to check in?
The minimum age to check in is 19 years old. A valid Emirates ID or passport will be required at check-in.
Can I book a room for someone else?
Yes, you can book on behalf of another guest. We’ll need the guest’s full name, contact details, and payment information before arrival. The guest will be required to present a valid Emirates ID or passport at check-in
What is your cancellation policy?
Our flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge until 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Non refundable rates are charged in full at booking and cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. During peak periods ( major exhibitions, UAE public holidays, New Year and the festive season) cancellations must be made atleast 7 days before arrival. The exact policy for your rate is shown before you pay.

What amenities are included in the rooms?
All our rooms come fully furnished according to the room category while Deluxe rooms provide a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-bar, a tea and coffee maker, electric kettle, One bedroom, Premium and Royal suites come with a complete kitchen setup with a stovetop, a refrigerator, washing machine (washer + dryer), kitchenware and a microwave. Additional in-room amenities include a safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, bathroom amenities, and more.
Can I request a specific room type or floor?
Yes, you’re welcome to make room preferences at the time of booking or by contacting us directly. We’ll do our very best to honour your request, subject to availability.
Is there a refrigerator and microwave in every room?
Every room has a mini-bar. Our Premium Room, One Bedroom Suite and Two Bedroom Royal
Suite also have a kitchen setup with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware
Can I request extra bedding, towels, or toiletries?
Absolutely. Simply call our housekeeping team from your room and they’ll take care of it promptly.
Is there a safe in the room?
Yes, every room has an in-room safety deposit box for storing your valuables.
Can I request a crib or extra bed?
Yes. Cribs are available on request. Extra beds are also available at an additional charge. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange this before your arrival.
Can I request a wake-up call?
Yes, our front desk team is happy to arrange a wake-up call at any time.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast inclusion depends on the package you select at the time of booking. Please check your booking details or contact our reservations team for clarification.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for all guests.

Yes! We have a swimming pool that is complimentary for all hotel guests. The pool area also includes a dedicated kids’ swimming pool, making it perfect for families.

Yes, laundry and dry-cleaning services are available. Please note that these are charged separately. You can request this service through our front desk or
housekeeping team.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes! Luggage storage is available. Before check-in, luggage can be stored for a maximum of 7 days. After check-out, storage is available for up to 3 months. A
maximum weight of 25 kg per item applies.

We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard payments. We also offer the option to pay via a secure payment link. Please note that all reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking.

How many guests can stay in one apartment?
The One Bedroom suites sleep up to 3 adults. The Two Bedroom Royal Suite sleeps up to 5 guests. Children aged 0–12 share their parents’ beds and meal plan; a cot can be requested, subject to availability.
Do you have interconnecting rooms for large families?
Yes! We have interconnected with adjacent units.
Do you offer family-friendly rooms?
Yes! Our 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom configurations — perfect for families. We also have a kids’ play area and kids’ pool on-site.
Is babysitting or childcare available?
Babysitting and childcare services are not currently available at the hotel. However, our front office team can assist with recommendations for professional childcare services in the area.

You can request a copy of your invoice or receipt from our front office team at any time. It will be sent to you via email.

No hidden charges! The price you see is what you pay. Any additional costs would only arise if you request extra services such as laundry, airport transfers, or extra bedding — all of which are communicated clearly before confirmation.
